What currency are the items displayed in? How will I be charged?
Depending on your location, Items are displayed in US Dollars, Euro, (AUD) Australian Dollars or South African Rand (ZAR)

NB PLEASE TAKE NOTE - On your final checkout, your local currency will be converted to the most current exchange rate and charged in South African Rands (ZAR)

Don't worry - You will still be charged the same amount seen in your local currency.

International card holders may have conversion fees applied to payments. Please contact your bank for information regarding International purchases.

I am placing an international order, how does Taxes work?

Once your board arrives in the country you are shipping to, DHL Couriers will send you an email with the amount due for taxes (VAT) and reach out if there is any additional information needed. There will also be a link on the DHL email to proceed with paying the taxes.

Once paid, your board will be cleared with customs and delivered to your door.

Please take note: Shipping excludes your local Countries taxes and duties (VAT not included for International orders as this amount varies country to country.)

If you are ordering from USA and Australia, there are no local taxes and duties under $800

We have done some estimated Tax calculations for our customers in Europe as of August 2022, Please take note: these prices only serve as an estimation, Taxes constantly change due to different factors unique to each country:

• Switzerland (7.7% VAT) ~€25 - €50
• Germany (19% VAT) ~€65 - €90
• France, UK (20% VAT) ~€75 - €105
• Spain (21% VAT) ~€75 - €100
• Italy (22% VAT) ~€80 - €110
• Portugal (23% VAT) ~€85 - €115

Select what variation of your shape you love most and then "Add to cart".
Click the "Checkout" button which will redirect you to submit your personal information
Enter your details and shipping address
Pay via Credit or Debit card.
Wait for order confirmation
Your order is now completed :)

Can I make a change to an existing order?
Yes you can, only within the first 24 hours of your order being placed. If you want to make any changes, you will need to contact us sales@kingdomboards.com.


I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What’s up with that?
If you have not received a confirmation email, please firstly check your spam inbox, most confirmation emails get sent to your Spam folder. If there is no confirmation email, there may have been an issue with the email address you added.

Not to worry, please email: sales@kingdomboards.com with your full name and a screenshot of your order and we will confirm your order with you ASAP.

How long is the turnaround time for a custom board to be completed, once I have ordered and made payment?
Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks/10 working days, this time may however vary depending how busy we are, stock availability and the process of designing and finalizing custom artwork for your board.


Where can I find my tracking number?
You will only receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped and is with the courier. You will receive an email or SMS notification that will contain your tracking number. If you don't see this email please check your spam folder or contact us for any updates on your order.

You can also find your tracking number and other order information by logging into your account. If you don't have an account you can click on Login in the top left corner of the home page on our website. From there click on Sign up.


Is it safe to use my credit card on kingdomboards.com?
Yes, Kingdom Boards uses the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We will never ask for your credit card’s pin number during checkout. Be careful of scams or people asking for sensitive card details and information.
