International Shipping

All international Orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa, via DHL express couriers and can be expected within 5 to 10 working days to most locations world wide from the date of shipment.

TAXES

How do I pay International Taxes?

Once your board order arrives in the country you are shipping to, DHL Couriers will send you an email with the amount due for taxes (VAT) and reach out to you if there is any additional information needed for example proof of purchase or bank slip. DHL will also supply a clickable link via email to proceed with paying the necessary taxes.

Once you have made payment, your board will be cleared with customs and delivered to your door.

How much Taxes can I expect in Europe?

We have done some estimated Tax calculations for you as of January 2023, Please take note: these prices only serve as an estimation, Taxes constantly change due to different factors unique to each country:

• Switzerland (7.7% VAT) ~€25 - €50
• Germany (19% VAT) ~€65 - €90
• France, UK (20% VAT) ~€75 - €105
• Spain (21% VAT) ~€75 - €100
• Italy (22% VAT) ~€80 - €110
• Portugal (23% VAT) ~€85 - €115
• Greece (24% VAT) ~€90 - €120

Manufacturing and Completion times

5 to 10 working days before shipment - Standard Boards

5 to 20 working days before shipment - Custom Boards

* Please Take Note - If paying via EFT or Bank Transfer, We need full reflected payment on orders to confirm and proceed with the manufacturing and delivery process. These completion times will only take effect once payment is received and cleared.

DELIVERY TERMS

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on a set price depending on your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
